Purposes and Taskes
The association is independent and non-political.
He pursues exclusively and directly non-profit purposes in the sense of the section “tax-privileged purposes” of the tax code.2.1) A targeted effort is being made to help Ewe regions by supporting ongoing development projects. (according to § 52 Abs.1 Nr.15 AO)
Support for schools and hospitals, e.g. through the procurement of school supplies, medication and money for the payment of teachers.
The association is selflessly active; it primarily pursues its own economic purposes.
The funds of the association may only be used for the statutory purposes.
In their capacity as members, the members may not receive any donations from the funds of the association.
No person may benefit from expenses that are alien to the purpose of the association or from disproportionately high remuneration.
